A message from the new Managing Director of BHR Group, Raghbir Chand:

I am delighted to have been appointed as the new Managing Director of BHR Group, the independent internationally recognised centre of excellence in fluid engineering.

From our base in Cranfield the existing team will continue to offer the BHR Group services that our clients trust us to deliver and further develop capabilities and services that complement our knowledge and research based services portfolio:

• Contract and Collaborative Research
• Computational Modelling and Simulation
• Physical Modelling
• Qualification Testing
• Product Development

For the future my vision is to build on the talents and expertise of our staff, and the strong relationships that we have built up with customers across a range of market sectors, to create a global specialist engineering services company.  Going forward we will grow by moving into new global markets and by increasing the range of our technical expertise.

I’m privileged to be leading some world class scientists, engineers, researchers and technologists that make up the team at BHR Group and excited about the contribution we can make within the sectors that we service in the UK and globally.

I believe that UK engineering has a bright future, and BHR Group has the skills and expertise to play a leading role in supporting our clients to innovate and improve their knowledge, products and services.

Customer focus and continued added value for our established and new clients is my top priority and over the coming weeks and months, I will share our growth, technology and development plans with you to check that our services and support are aligned to the sector and your specific needs.
