BHR Group has developed and manufactured High Pressure Abrasive Water Jetting systems since the 1970's. Abrasive injection technology is at the heart of a family of heavy duty waterjet cutters, packaged for work in difficult or hazardous situations. 

All our systems comprise:

• Power module: containing the pump and an engine or motor sized for the nozzle diameter
• Pressurised slurry supply system: single-use, batch or semi-continuous options
• Manipulator and cutting head: frame-based 3-d electronic, 2-d table and manual options  
• Cables, hose and control panel: remote operation available up to 1000m
• Water supply: clean mains water or rivers etc. via a water filtration module
• Transport options include man-portable units split into wheeled modules loaded on a pallet frame, or skid-mounted and containerised units for easy transport.

Our products offer:

• Safe cutting: No contact with target, no heat generated, minimal vibration and safe in inflammable environments
• Cold cutting - Maximum cooling and no heat affected zone
• Flexibility - Able to cut any material and virtually any shape
• Remote operation - up to 500m or 1000m depending on model - reduces exposure to environmental or cutting hazards
