High pressure / high temperature applications in many cases involve hazardous media such as corrosive gases and liquids at pressure sometimes in excess of 500bar and temperatures ranging from 20 to 1000K. Using our expertise in the design and development of custom test rigs and predictive simulations, we help our clients to qualify new products or components for HPHT duty by design and development of test facilities based on our available resources or in many cases, completely unique testing facilities based on client requirements. This allows for a fast response and reduces timescales to qualification of new products for safety critical applications, while obtaining information that assists our clients in solving difficult industrial problems.
