The following paper with co-authors from BHR Group, Dr G. Ozcan-Taskin and Dr W. Eagles (Former BHR Group's engineer) has been recognised in the "Top-75 most cited articles" as published in the IChemE journals 2006- 2009.

"Dispersion of nano-particle clusters using mixed flow and high shear impellers in stirred tanks"
L. Xie C.D. Rielly W. Eagles G. Özcan-Taskin
Chemical Engineering Research and Design, Volume 85, Issue 5 A (2007), Pages 676-684

This publication is based on the work carried out within PROFORM (NMP4-CT-2004-505654)- a collaborative project which BHR Group undertook with 9 other partners with partial funding from FP6 of the EC.

Our DOMINO consortium has a brand new website

The Dispersion of Nanoparticles in Liquids Consortium (DOMINO) is one of the three industrially steered research consortia that we are run at BHR Group. Its purpose is the development of industrially relevant research, and best guideline practises, for the dispersion of nanoparticles and the delamination of nanoclays in liquids.

Please visit the
new website of the DOMINO Consortium where you can find out more about the research, the current members and how you could benefit from membership.
