The Full Conference Fee

To ensure a place at the Conference, please complete and return the attached Registration Form together with appropriate payment.
The Conference Fee of £864+VAT (ie £1015.20, $2030.40 US, €1370.52 incl VAT) includes:

• Participation in all Technical Sessions on 14, 15 & 16 May
• Bound book and CD of the Conference Proceeding
• Lunches and refreshments daily
• Welcome Reception after the technical sessions close on 14 May
• Attendance at Conference Dinner on 15 May

Discounted Rates

Presenting authors - Each presenting author (max 2) is entitled to a discount of 25% on the conference fee.
Rising Stars - Recognising the need to foster young graduates, engineers and managers and to encourage their development and interaction with experienced technical managers, full paying delegates have the option of reserving a second place at a 50% discount specifically for a colleague under the age of 30.  It is hoped that this will encourage companies to bring a member of their younger generation of technical leaders to the conference.
Students - There are a limited number of places for bona fide students at 50% discount.

These discounts apply only to the Conference Fee and not to booking for the Exhibition Service, Promotional Literature Service or Proceeding Publicity.

Exhibition Service

Two packages are offered for exhibitors.  Package A includes a place at the exhibition and a 5 minute presentation slot at the Conference, and costs £500 + VAT.  Package B also includes a delegate's place at the conference and costs £1200 + VAT.  Please see the brochure for details.

Promotional Literature: insertion of items into the delegate's information pack: £300 + VAT. Please see the brochure for details.

Proceedings Publicity: Advertising in the bound volume of proceedings at £300 +VAT per full page. Please see the brochure for details.

Payment

To book a place or publicity slot, and to pay or to request an invoice, please download our brochure.  Please note that bookings will not be confirmed until payment is received.  Please submit one form for each delegate.

Payment can also be made by cheque or by bank transfer.  Please complete the on-line booking form and indicate your preferred method.  You will receive a confirmation email.  Please quote the order reference when you pay.  Payment must be made in full before the start of the conference. 

Cancellations

A full refund (minus a £50 admin fee) will be made for cancellations received on or before 14 April 2008. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 14 April 2008. However substitutions can be made at anytime
